Roberto is a highly experienced coach with over 15 years of experience working with a diverse range of clients including elite athletes and everyday people. He holds over 10 certifications and is constantly refining his approach to health and fitness, recognizing that there is no "one size fits all" solution.

Kristal Melendez

Kristal, with over 5 years of coaching experience, is a highly experienced kickboxing instructor and a force to be reckoned with. She holds 3 certifications, with a focus on Corrective Exercise and Nutrition. Kristal is a kick-ass, no-nonsense coach who encourages her clients to be "badass and make no excuses".

Carina González

With five years of experience as a Zumba instructor, backed by two certifications and a passion for dance, Carina seamlessly blends the worlds of fitness and rhythm. Her mantra? "Just keep moving." Emphasizing inclusivity, she believes there's no such thing as having two left feet. With a diverse selection of music, she'll take you on a journey around the globe, leaving you eager for more.
